Home PC support visits
We will visit you free of charge *(within the Cheshire area) and provide you with top quality IT support by one of our qualified engineers. We will make sure your PC is returned to you in working order as quickly as possible.

We adopt a NO FIX – NO FEE policy – once we fix the problem we have a set fee - £58.75*. Taking advantage of our comprehensive service is easy:­

• Call ­us to explain your problem and book an engineer visit.
• One of our reliable and qualified IT engineers will visit you at your home at a time that is convenient to you, often within hours of your call if needed.
• Our engineer will do a quick diagnostic of your PC before initiating any work.
• We resolved 85% of PC problems within maximum two hours of our home visit. If our engineer believes that it wll take longer, he will take your PC back to the laboratory and return it to you in fully functional status normally within 48 hours.

As part of the Home PC support visit we will:

• Resolve your PC issues.
• Back-up your current data and store it in a secure location for 12 months. ­
• Install free anti-spy ware.
• Install support software.

*If the problem is hardware related then we will advise on the best course of action, and the cost of hardware replacements.
